Prescott, AZ (Tuesday, December 4th, 2012) - Sophomore Sam Cusack was named to the NJCAA Soccer All-America Team. The trustworthy defender anchored the Yavapai College defense the past two seasons playing in all 47 matches (40-4-3 overall record) with a plus/minus of +134. He becomes the 52nd soccer All-American from the Roughrider program.
The prestigious National Soccer Coaches Association All-America Team will be announced in mid-December. Furthermore, because of his grade point average, Cusack is a virtual lock for the NJCAA and NSCAA Academic All-American team when they are announced at the end of the school year.
