USWNT defeated Ireland 2-0 at University of Phoenix Stadium on Saturday night. Two players Amy LePeilbet and Sydney Leroux, both with Arizona ties, saw a significant amount of time of the field. Amy started at left back and Sydney came on as a sub. Amy played at ASU and Sydney played youth for Sereno and won back-to-back state titles with Horizon High School.
