Phoenix Monsoon To Play Home & Away Exhibition Match Against Las Vegas Stallions FC

Phoenix, AZ (Monday, July 23, 2012) - The Phoenix Monsoon have announced it will play a home and away exhibitions matches against Las Vegas Stallions FC. They are the newest National Premier Soccer League franchise. The games will be on Saturday August 18 and September 1, 2012.
The Monsoon will travel to Nevada on Saturday August 18 to play a away game at Summerlin Soccer Complex Las Vegas Sports Park in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Monsoon will then host the Stallions at Red Rock High School in Sedona, Arizona.
The match, will be a friendly and is one of six exciting matches the Monsoon will play for the rest of the year as part of their 2013 project.
“The Stallions match marks the excitement of the National Premier Soccer League action. Bringing it to Coconino County, and yet another formidable test for Monsoon players against some of the Nevada most talented soccer players,” said Oscar Guardado. “For local soccer fans, this exhibition offers a rare opportunity to see this level of play in person from one of the most faster growing league in the nation.”
