Euro 2012 Poster Art

When I’m at the radio station I like to think I’m pretty dialed into every sport other than soccer, since we never talk about it. This means I need to do hot gossip research for NFL, MLB, NHL and the other major sports. It takes me to some fun website like awfulannouncing.com & The Basketball Jones.

The one thing I always find though, is the lack of original culture each sport has. I feel like I can find numerous websites that feature soccer art, soccer culture, and soccer fashion. The only website that comes to mind that features the major sports is Uni-watch.com. But it’s nothing like beautifulgear.com or KCKRS.com or studs-up.com.

In my never ending quest to constantly find soccer art I stumbled across these posters today designed by Robert Broadbent (you can see more of his work here).

These posters are designed for ESPN and are pretty dirty. Each comes with its own special little banner quote. Now the issues is which one to set up as the background for my computer…hmmmm
